SEC
Simple, Yet Reliable
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) is a government agency in charge of promoting, developing, and regulating the capital market. The website needs to support the various usage of stakeholders; however, the classifying system of information is far too complicated, making it difficult to search and use. Once receiving the new proposition of redesigning the website, we need to start from the UX process, whether it be systematic interaction design or user research methods such as empathy & journey mapping, user interviews, card sorting and usability review. It is necessary to conduct a navigation information design workshop in collaboration with SEC, and carry out user tests to ensure that the website is useful and usable for the users. In addition to arranging the information for easy usage and consistency, we keep the UI up-to-date, simple, but reliable and complying to the identity of SEC.
